Yes it is, I think I’ve read somewhere that it was built for a sub-€500 banger roadtrip in the Netherlands.

Custom baggers is the current over-the-top motorcycle custom. 15 years ago it was choppers, now it’s this.

They’re like DONKs. I would never own one, but they’re interesting to look at.
